MOM & ME Drop In with Haley 8/23 8AM

Join certified instrutor, Haley Burchett, in the studio's first ever MOM & ME class!
Ages 0-8 come FREE with Mom
Ages 9+, please purchase a a spot for mom & a separate spot for child (or purchase multiple spots if you are coming with multiple children over age 9)
 
Please put in the comment section at checkout the age of child (or if you are bringing multiple, multiple ages)
 
You can wear your baby or if they are old enough they are welcome to use a mat and bodyweight/light weight as they stay with mom the entire class for a fun workout for the both of you! ADULTS ARE ALL WELCOME so there is no age-limit on the mom/daughter/guardian duo  - Everyone is encouraged to come start their weekend with a sweat with us! 
 
Modifications will be provided! Class held at 104 North 15th Street in Murray, KY.
