Pilates Strength with Brandy 4/20

You are invited to join Certified Instructor, Brandy Lawrence, in a beginner friendly Pilates Strength class! This 60 minute class blends barre-inspired movement with Pilates precision to deliver a full-body workout using mats, light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls. You’ll challenge muscles in a new way — building deep core strength, flexibility, joint stability, and endurance that heavy lifting alone can’t provide. This class delivers serious muscle engagement, balance, and controlled movements without high impact.
This class is perfect for women who want to:
• Build lean strength
• Strengthen their core
• Improve posture and flexibility
• Protect joints while still getting a great workout
Wear grippy socks or go barefoot for this class. Recommended to wear tights/leggings for optimal range of motion. All other equipment is provided, just bring a water. Ages 12+ welcome with an adult. Classes meet at 104 North 15th St. Murray.
