T/TH 3:40PM Boot Camp with Brittany
The in-person bootcamp includes 20 in-person group training sessions from June 1 - June 26, OFF WEEK, back July 6 - August 14th. These classes are led by certified group fitness instructor and certified personal trainer, Brittany Wiggins!
These are the dates you will also have access to to the ultimate at-home (or can be taken to gym) accountability workout and nutrition program through our private Facebook group. The SUMMER SHRED SERIES which will take you through a set of 30 workouts you are challenged to complete by August 15th through 15-minute, pre-recorded, follow along dumbbell only workouts, in addition to your in person workouts (optional). In this group that your admission includes exclusive access to, you will also have:
- Custom macros with instructions, tips, & video trainings
- Nutrition guide with meal plans, dining out guides, & grocery hauls
- 200+ recipes
- Exclusive NEW content & trainings every month
- Daily posts for accountability from coach Brittany

In Person courses meet at 104 North 15th Street in Murray, Kentucky. No equipment is needed. Spots are limited. Participants age 12+ are welcome!
There will be no refunds, trades, or future credit given under any circumstances once you have purchased, you can however sell or trade your spot in the course to someone else.
