T/TH 6:15PM In Person Boot Camp with Katie
The in-person SUMMER SERIES includes 20 in-person group training sessions: Every Tuesday & Thursday between June 2nd - 27th & July 7 - August 15 *4 weeks on, 1 week off, 6 weeks on. These classes are lead by certified group fitness instructor, Katie Jones!
All summer series are also eligible for the GRAND PRIZE which will be an accountability-based check-in challenge!
*The last few weeks of this class will overlap with Katie's maternity leave and another instructor (primarily Brittany) will be instructing instead!
These are the dates you will also have access to to the ultimate at-home (or can be taken to gym) accountability workout and nutrition program through our private Facebook group, including:
- 12 NEW dumbbell only workouts each month, 15 minutes each *Pre-recorded, follow whenever
- Custom macros with instrutions, tips, & video trainings
- Nutrition guide with meal plans, dining out guides, & grocery hauls

In Person courses meet at 104 North 15th Street in Murray, Kentucky. No equipment is needed. Spots are limited. Participants age 12+ are welcome!
There will be no refunds, trades, or future credit given under any circumstances once you have purchased, you can however sell or trade your spot in the course to someone else.
