Did you know the nutrient content of a banana changes as it goes from green to yellow - so a ripe banana is the most nutrient dense!





The ingredients in this recipe I always seem to have on hand and you can work towards keeping these as pantry staples too as you begin to make healtheir swaps in your home!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup Swerve brown sugar

  • 1TBSP vanilla extract

  • 2TBSP Great Value light sour cream

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup Great Value almond flour

  • 1/2 cup Swerve granulated sugar

  • 1TBSP baking powder

  • Pinch of salt


DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine 1st half of ingredients up to bananas and stir well.

  2. Add flour, sweetener, baking powder, & salt.

  3. Bake for 40+ minutes at 350* in a bread loaf pan (sprayed).


TIP: Serve with Breyer's Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream.
